Total Engineering Services (TES) is a maintenance and repair specialist, servicing mining, civil, transport and energy companies throughout NSW and Australia. TES provides cost effective field service and mechanical workshop maintenance solutions.

Mining and Earthmoving Equipment Maintenance

With a fleet of 25 field service vehicles and two (2) welding trucks fitted with modern diesel welders, our experienced field service team can assist with maximising availability of heavy earthmoving/ and mining and earthmoving equipment. TES field service units carry out mechanical, electrical and welding repairs to all mobile earthmoving equipment and are cost competitive on services carried out across NSW. Presently we service the Hunter Valley mining industry, civil construction on the mid-north coast, customers in Central and Western NSW and various contractors in Newcastle.

Fixed Plant Repairs

TES has a team of eight (8) fixed plant experienced tradesmen with specialized tooling in field service utes and welding trucks. TES carry out maintenance of pumps, screens, cyclones, spirals, reclaimers and stackers. Currently TES personnel are in high demand with contractors and mining companies operating some of the largest coal washing facilities in NSW.

TES can carry out the following:

• Workshop and field service repairs and maintenance
• Inspections, changeouts and overhauls (Specialising in Warman pumps)

Highway Truck Workshop

With a purpose built workshop facility just off the New England Hwy at Rutherford, Total Engineering Services is well placed to conduct highway vehicle servicing or repairs. The workshop has B-Double access and is drive-in drive-out. TES is MVRIA Licenced and uses and promotes Valvoline oil products. Our experienced tradesmen ensure rigs are back on the road as quickly as possible.

Monthly accounts can be established with approved customers. Credit card and EFTPOS facilities available.

Fabrication Workshop

TES has assisted many companies with custom made toolboxes and handrails/walkways for heavy earthmoving equipment. The TES workshop is approximately 600m2 and located on a 5000m2 secure block with a large area of hardstand to enable equipment repairs to be carried out off-site.

The workshop has dual access to allow for crane use and drive-in drive out facility. TES can assist clients with the following fabrication:

• Quality tooling and equipment
• Major structural work on chassis, boom, stick and body cracks
• Wear packages on bodies and buckets
• Fabrication (tool lockers and toolboxes and handrail repairs)
• Any welding application including aluminium welding

Earthmoving Machinery Hire

The TES Hire fleet contains a CAT 16H 6ZJ Grader and a CAT D10R 3KR Dozer. These machines are available for hire or for sale by negotiation.

TES can assist clients in purchasing competitively priced earthmoving equipment either in Australia or around the world.
